Forbes Netball Association runs regular season competitions during Autumn and Spring (weather permitting). 

Check our calendar for competion dates.

All players who take the court are required to maintain a current player registration with Forbes Netball Association.

Competitions

Junior Comp

Our Junior Comp is open to boys and girls

aged 8 - 15. 

Players register individually and are organised into teams.

We appreciate our parent helpers, and ask for at least one parent helper per team each week.

Open to players aged 13+, Ladies and Mixed* divisions.

Senior Comp

Each year, Netball NSW hosts the HART Junior State Titles and HART Senior State Titles as their flagship events within the NNSW Pathway.

​

Both JST and SST are a 3 day tournament that showcases the strength of grassroots netball, with players from all over NSW attending.

Woolworths NetSetGo


Woolworths NetSetGo is Australia’s leading grassroots netball program, designed for children aged 5-10 to experience the joy of netball in a fun, safe, and welcoming community.

​

Our mission is to develop confident, and active kids who will grow a lifelong love of team sport, all while building essential skills.

​

Coaching Clinics

Forbes Netball Association is proud to partner with netball legend and former Australian Diamond Susan Pettit to deliver high-quality coaching clinics tailored to school-aged children. Whether your child is new to the sport or aiming to refine their skills, these clinics offer an exciting opportunity to learn from one of the best. Our Susan Pettit Coaching Clinics are a highlight of our carnival days, providing players with invaluable insights and hands-on training in a fun, inclusive environment.

We also run regular school holiday coaching clinics, ensuring your young athletes stay active, engaged, and continually improving their game throughout the year. These sessions focus on skill development, teamwork, and building confidence on the court, all under the expert guidance of experienced coaches.

Carnivals

Forbes Netball Association is very proud to host our annual Representative Carnival on May 4th 2025,

as well as our annual Junior Mixed Gala Day on August 17th 2025.

​

In preparation for JST and SST, our representative teams will take part in a number of carnivals hosted by our neighbouring associations, including Parkes, Bathurst, Dubbo, Orange, Cowra, Young

and West Wyalong.

​

We also regularly enter teams from our development squads at these carnivals.

We currently have development squads for our

11s and 14s age divisions, but welcome all interested players.
